With his expertise and passion for culinary creations, Chef Carlos Blankers has created a carefully curated menu at Restaurant Savarin. What makes this menu so special is that Chef Carlos takes seasonal ingredients into consideration. 

Besides using seasonal products, Chef also attaches great importance to supporting local producers. He believes in the power of collaborating with artisanal farmers, fishermen and suppliers from the region. By using local products, he contributes to sustainability and preserving traditional production methods.

Led by sommelier Eline van Zuiden, Restaurant Savarin has a carefully composed and unique wine list. With her expertise and passion for wine, Eline ensures that every guest can experience the perfect wine-food combination and enjoy an extensive selection of wines.

Savarin's wine list has been compiled with great care, paying attention to various flavour profiles and varieties. Whether you are a lover of red, white, rosé or sparkling wines, there is something for everyone. Eline has personally selected the wines and offers an extensive choice of international and local wines from renowned wineries. She has an eye for quality and is constantly looking for special and surprising wines that perfectly match Chef Carlos Blankers' culinary creations.

This cellar houses a wealth of bottles from all over the world and allows guests to choose a wine that perfectly suits their tastes and preferences.
