WE PROUDLY PRESENT.... 

A Trip Down Memorylane with Maaike Widdershoven and Karen Levin and their mystery guest....

Maaike and Karen are both experienced theatre performers who want to entertain and touch people with great passion in many musicals and on many stages, in various bands and orchestras. 

This time, they have created an intimate and swinging dinner show especially for Hotel, Restaurant & Spa Savarin in which you, the audience, will be pampered between courses with songs that are food for the soul. And to make it even more fun, they have a mystery guest in their dinner show, one known from The voice and the other known from.... 

The evening will start off sultry with private serenades at the table, gradually our mystery guest will join and we will build up the tension before finally going completely wild with sizzling hits from pop and disco. 

Maaike Widdershoven

Graduated cum laude from the Utrecht Conservatory of Music in 1995 as a performing classical singer. Already during her studies, she played the lead role of Christine in the musical The phantom of the opera at the circus theatre. Her career then took off and she now has more than 15 leading roles to her name and 3 awards including the Johnny Kraaijkamp musicalaward for best female lead in a major production as Maria in The sound of music. Producers such as Joop van den Ende, Albert Verlinde and Jacques Senf praised her talent.

Karen Levin

As a young girl of 11, she played a leading role in the first children's opera in the Netherlands at RO theatre and was hooked on theatre from then on! She graduated from the Rotterdam Conservatory of Music, Vocal Light Music, in 1994. After a summer postgraduate study in London at Mountview Theatre School, she auditioned with Joop van den Ende and has performed in several musicals, 'My Fair Lady' , 'Anatevka', 'Larry'. She has also performed with several bands as lead singer from Germany to Japan. At Schelling's Cabaret restaurant, she has performed several cabaret shows with cabaret group K&M for 12 years. From 2013, she has been performing with K&M (already with their second cabaret show, 'Grote Muil, Dikke Lip') in many theatres throughout the Netherlands.
